Looking at the rating and reference, I visited Dr Heffernan and team, unfortunately our experience is not all good dealing with staff to doctor. Staff at front desk is super unprofessional and not welcoming. Nurse/doctor behave like a businessman than a doctor offering services. They don’t make feel comfortable and trustworthy in discussions, Sorry , not recommending for my experience, pretty rude place for treatment, life is more stressful than peace of mind.
Dr. Heffernan was highly recommended and indeed an exceptional doctor. Dr. Heffernan tranquil and reassuring manner helped to keep me from panicking about my diagnosis. He removed a rare Desmoid Fibromatosis soft tissue tumor from my pelvic and thanks to his superb surgical team to include highly coveted Anesthesiologist Dr. Matt Gubert. I never felt pain and had a comfortable recovery. Dr. Heffernan is the best. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. My procedure went smoothly and I recovered in no time. He was carrying, friendly, very informative and professional. I had my surgery last month and I have already referred several people to him.
