Tom was very prompt with his service. He was willing to take the time to explain the process involved with my repair. Overall an excellent experience with him.
They were prompt, efficent, courtious and did a great job. My old tub looks brand new. We couldn't be more pleased.
We had one little issue, and Tom came within 2 days to fix it. He is a man of his word.

Patching of bathroom sink and countertop due to poor previous work. Excellent color matching of American Standard yellow, and marbled top. They travel quite a ways and don't overcharge. Did the work efficiently and with some but not overwhelming smells. I would highly recommend Thomas Hagar for all your resurfacing needs.
Great communication, was able to get on the schedule quickly. The tub had some burn marks in it but he was able to look like new.
He called and offered to begin the project the next day. Which we were unable to accomodate. However, he scheduled the bathtub resurface the next day and it looks beautiful. Not only did he resurface the bathtub, but also resurfaced the ceramic tile walls. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors, and family. An excellent job!
I was very happy with the finished projects and also very happy with the speedy service.
