Tom was very porfesional and accomidating to our schedule. The Hot Tub looked so good our members thought it was a brand new hot tub.

Very prompt response, did the work timely. Could be a bit more consultative and done more to assist than resolve the immediate issue. ie should of refinished the whole counter top instead of just a smaller problem area. Willing to pay more to do the larger job, but was never discussed or explored

Tom, if you are reading this, I will be calling you back. Although I had to put my tub remodel on hold for a couple months, I will definitely be calling this company when I'm ready. He responded quickly to my first inquiry, and eased my concerns on the process. The price I was quoted is much less than messing (and I mean messing) with a new installation and tiling. Can't wait to see the finished project!
Excellent work. Great finish and very professional application. Covered everything and gave good instructions on maintenace. Highly recommended.
