I have known Tom for many years and felt confident he could get the job done. He did so quickly, closed in less than three months from first of many consistent showing. We got lots of feedback and constant communication. He showed the property by himself while buyers agent were away. In those months he also did lots more; rented one apartment, arranged for a handyman, managed a remote settlement on a multi unit building and kept us positive.
