Tom went above and beyond to sell our house. He gave us good advice, returned our calls promptly and answered our questions in language we could understand.

Tom sold our NJ home and was on top of everything. Helpful, patient, and great advice throughout the whole process! We appreciate all he did to get our home sold!

Tom is fabulous! He helped me with an interstate move involving the sale of two houses and purchase of one. Tom's knowledge and people skills were key in pulling this difficult move together successfully! Tom worked extremely hard to make it work! I am so grateful to him! Thanks to Tom, I am very happy in my new home!

I have known Tom for many years and felt confident he could get the job done. He did so quickly, closed in less than three months from first of many consistent showing. We got lots of feedback and constant communication. He showed the property by himself while buyers agent were away. In those months he also did lots more; rented one apartment, arranged for a handyman, managed a remote settlement on a multi unit building and kept us positive.
