I really like that Dr. Wilson is both a dentist and am orthodontist. I can ask him questions about my children's readiness for orthodontia without having to make a separate appointment every year or two (this can be done quickly as part of their routine office visit). This is especially important to me as I have five children, and having to make those separate appointments for each child would be an enormous burden. Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They cancel on me all the time. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes
