The staff and Dr. Peters were beyond helpful. It was one of the nicest doctors offices I've been to in San Jose. Dr. Peters was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the details of my 13 year old son's options and braces to him. They patiently answered all his questions in a way that he felt both heard and listened to. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Options are given so we haven’t felt pressured into any decisions. Happy with our experiences.
I can't believe I'm writing this but I've been consistently down by Dr. Peters and his office during the long-term care phase of treatment. I had 4 years of braces with him when I was a teenager. After college, I had a brief short course of invisalign. Despite my parents sacrificed thousands of dollars to get my teeth straight, his office refuses to help with ongoing long term care, like reorder retainers 12 years later.
