Dr cohen was understanding, very supportive and encouraging which is a nice change from a practice that is so large.
Dr. Novack has a calm and friendly approach about him. He turns a negative into a positive and he listens. He’s is a physician’s- physician, the kind of doctor you want to have.
Dr Updegraff is a perfect combination of kind, smart, insightful, knowledgeable, and finding answers. She just makes me feel that I’m in caring, capable hands.
Dr. Updegraff is thorough. She's also pleasant and her demeanor is caring and welcoming.
Dr Cohen is personable, attentive and offers advice based on your age and condition. He will present options and suggestions yet allow you to make your own decisions about your treatment plans.
