Caring Dr and great staff
Dr. Updegraff is the best!
Dr. Updegraff has been my doctor for over 17 years. During that time she has become a like member of my family. She is always so positive, yet very honest. She always takes the time to answer my list of questions. The office staff are kind, professional, and very helpful. I am so blessed to have such a supportive relationship with my family doctor!
Ended up crying in the car after my appointment. Only got results from half the labs that were supposed to have been done at my first visit, but instead of doing the rest on the second, it was decided that I'm Actually Perfectly Fine despite the fact that the symptoms that brought me into a doctor's office for the first time in a decade still persist and continue to negatively affect my daily life even with measures I'd taken between the two appointments to try and mitigate them. Dr Cohen has been my doctor for at least 15 years. He is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Hendricks is a wonderful physician, skilled in communication and listening. My family has been seeing her for over 15 years and could not be happier with the care she provides for our children. She is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, and kind. We won't go anywhere else. She is well worth our 40-minute commute.
