Very down to earth and cordial. Professional and thorough
Dr. Friermood saw me for an ongoing issue with my knee. I wasn't sure if I needed surgery or if I could get by without it a little longer. He suggested I try a steroid shot and pt first. It is refreshing to see someone who isn't in a hurry to get you into the surgery room! Even though it was my first visit I was highly impressed with his performance and would recommend him to anyone else seeking the same kind of advice.
Dr. Friermood listen to my explanation and examined my xrays, then examined the area I was there for. My bones are fine but he felt I had a tissue problem. He was clear not his expertise but told me the kind of doctor I needed to see. Would definitely recommend him to friends and return with Ortho problem.

I saw Dr. Friermood to advise me on a pain issue with my lower back. I have a history of injuries and operations to my back right hip and both feet. I had a knee replacement scheduled and wanted to know whether the knee replacement should resolve my lower back pain. After taking new x rays of my back and hips Dr. Friarmood recommended trying to rehabilitate the muscles around the lower back and postponing the knee surgery until after we saw how the physical therapy worked.
Great dr. Was pretty scared going in but felt at ease after meeting with him
