Genuinely the worst, least caring, and disrespectful doctor I have ever been to. His nurse accused me of “being there for pain meds” before ever asking me a single question about my reason for being there. I do not want pain meds, I wanted to know the reason for my pain which is something he told me he “couldn’t explain”. Isn’t this your job? Do not recommend Dr. Hendricks what so ever. It is obvious he is working for insurance and X ray $ instead of actually caring for his patients.
Excellent care and follow up on my shoulder replacement. Was back to normal in 2 months!! I had a previous one by someone else and it took a year and they failed to replace socket so now I have that to deal with!
Dr Hendricks explained the MRI and xrays so that I understood everything, he answered all questions I asked. He explained what sugery and why it should be done. Then gave me time to make decisions. No pressure. After surgery, follow up appt were also informative.
My experience with both the staff and doctor was terrible. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Anytime I tried to talk to the doctor he interrupted me and did not listen to my concerns. He seemed preoccupied. He only made a few general statements and left the room as I was asking questions. I left with out a diagnosis or any treatment options for my wrist injury. Now, I have to find another doctor, because I literally got no answers. I would not recommend him to anyone.
I would also say that Dr. Hendricks was a life saver after a Dr. Anagnost surgery. The fusion graft was in the wrong place and also broken ( verified by a neurologist). Dr Hendricks also aided me in my disability efforts
Ive had a spinal fusion done by dr hendricks everything went well except im still in pain. According to the dr its been six months from surgery so im better and was then released. After i protested that im still in pain even with pain meds i got scolded about pain management and was told to take an advil. I didnt get surgery to be left in pain. I would not recomend him to anyone.
Dr Randall Hendricks totally saved my life after a botched surgery by Dr Steven Anagnost, would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
I have been under Dr Hendricks care for 10 months due to a work injury he's the Dr workers comp sent me to he says I need a spinal fusion the sciatic nerve in both legs are being pinched workers comp didn't like Dr Hendricks saying in his deposition that I need surgery so they have petitioned the court to send me to another Dr......Dr. Hendricks has been very kind he takes time to explain everything I believe he's for the best of his patient not for what workers comp wants
Had a cervical fusion . Told me it was no problem if I lived alone! kept me one night and sent me home alone! Most miserable experience of my life! When it was all said and done told me to go back to work, but not lift anything heavier than 25 lbs. But there is no way I could continue my job with out lifting. Don't think he has a clue or cares what real people have to do in real jobs.
