Can't express how great the car buying experience was here. No time wasting trips to the "sales manager". Less than an hour to buy a car. Great people and great prices. The new owners, Bill Knight Ford, have turned this into a typical dealership. If you have a problem they promise to call you back, and never do. Had an issue with a couple of tires. REVISED: So I originally wrote the review below in June 2015. This was after years of great service from Owen Thomas Ford. Unfortunately, Bill Knight bought out the dealership and I have been dismayed by the downfall of the service department. I'm sorry to report that the Ford dealership in Stillwater has become the stereotype. No longer am I finding thorough service for a fair price. Had a problem, took my van to them, and found that they had done half the work without authorization, so we were past the point of no return. ... read more
Too bad Thomas sold the place. Don't know what the new owner will be like.
Purchased the vehicle and have had it serviced at the dealership. Overall, the dealership has been spot on with what I would expect in professional service. I would recommend family or friends to purchase here.
