I scheduled an appointment months ago with the doctor. The staff calls me today to let me know that he isn't in the Lansdowne location on Tuesdays anymore starting next year. They try to move me to Stone Springs. I told them I did not schedule with that office. The front desk staff then said he won't be able to see me until end of May. Excellent care from drs, nurse practitioners and staff. The office staff that collect money not so much. Refuse to work with me on missed appointments, it’s in my chart I have agoraphobia and I can have every intention of going to appointment but last minute cant. No sympathy from the woman on phone who said I can no longer be seen until I pay half my balance. I need to be seen monthly.

My daughter's attempt to schedule as a new patient of Dr. Feely turned into a horrific experience due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of both the receptionist and manager. We were in a state of shock when the manager picked up the phone and was equally dismissive, and showed no empathy at all for all the time and effort it was taking to schedule an appointment.
