Excellent care from drs, nurse practitioners and staff. The office staff that collect money not so much. Refuse to work with me on missed appointments, it’s in my chart I have agoraphobia and I can have every intention of going to appointment but last minute cant. No sympathy from the woman on phone who said I can no longer be seen until I pay half my balance. I need to be seen monthly.

My daughter's attempt to schedule as a new patient of Dr. Feely turned into a horrific experience due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of both the receptionist and manager. We were in a state of shock when the manager picked up the phone and was equally dismissive, and showed no empathy at all for all the time and effort it was taking to schedule an appointment. Thomas Feely is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I can only remember one other that was his equal. He listens well. He has a 'chill' personality and is easy to talk to. I like how he explains things. He seems to keep very current - I mean what would I know, really? but I read a lot about medical advancements so I don't worry with him. With too many other doctors, I have had to go back and Google to double check too many times. I am grateful that I have such a good doctor. 10 out of 10 stars!

My husband and I have seen Dr. Thomas A. Feely for nearly 10 years. Dr. Feely is exceptional. He is kind, thorough, and a great listener, besides having accurately diagnosed and treated my husband and me. He takes the time to get to know you and is receptive to your thoughts, questions, and ideas. Dr. Feely provides clear explanations of the medicines he prescribes, as well as citing possible alternatives. We appreciate his attentiveness and demeanor and are very satisfied with the service he and his staff provide.
