Rude and short receptionists.
rudest receptionist ever ohmygod!! could not give an estimate over the phone and would not book my appointment because I said I was going to call around. hung up on her I can't believe the way she was speaking to a potential new client. found someone nicer and that could actually give me an estimate. would give 0 if possible.
Inexperienced hygienist and dentist. Dr Sanaz recommended that I get my tooth removed when I came in with some pain. Just because they don't have an endodontist that could look at it - they thought getting the tooth removed was the correct remedy. I don't care about costs but the I do care about the level of care being provided. This practice is nothing but sham to prey on people who are stuck because of limited dental up here. Dr Mehta has a nice modern office with well trained staff. They have the worst billing practices. You are expected to pay up front for 100% of costs and wait for reimbursement from your insurance if you have most dental insurance.
