Everyone was lovely! Very detailed efficient team of professionals. The office / exam rooms are spacious and extremely clean. They also offer a fabulous modern variety of eye glasses. Demetrius in the eye glass center is full of suggestions and truly cares about finding you the right frames.
Good doctors but awful front desk staff. They have repeatedly messed up my contact lens orders in the past and are always rude when relaying the information. Their systems may be a little outdated too which I feel is the major issue but again, that is no excuse to be rude to patients especially considering they are not the ones at fault.
I'm very happy with my experience at Thomas Eye Group. I want to send a shout out to optician Demetrics Glenn for making sure my prescription was perfect and going above and beyond on multiple occasions.
Customer service is average at best. When dealing with glasses or contacts there is one number that sends you to a receptionist who has a very limited ability, no knowledge of you as a patient, and isn't interested in your well being. Its a machine and you are a number.
Ivanna, Brianna, Nate and Dr. Arnhart made this an incredible experience! The staff could note have been nicer and their efficiency and knowledge put me at ease. I loved my appointment and already can’t wait for the next one.
