Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this practice at all. The staff have no customer service skills. They are not polite or professional. One staff member proceeded to tell me other patients names in the office to see if I was related to them because we shared the same last name. Dr Patel treats you as if he doesn't want to be bothered unless something is seriously wrong. He spent less than five minutes with me and told me I had a cataract but not to worry for now as he was walking out the door. I sat in the room for ... read more

I have been going here for many years. They are very efficient and thorough.
I have been a patient of Dr Heit’s for some time. He is wonderful and kind! I can’t recommend him more highly! Today I met Hollis, who examined my eyes and who is very knowledgeable and filled with information. She’s a great addition to the staff!
Fast service, amazing customer service and I loved that I wasn’t rushed at all picking up my new glasses! Best service I’ve had in a long time!
We just had our first appointment with the Thomas Eye Group. Previously we had been with another pediatric ophthalmologist. I feel like the care given today was superior, and the data was likely more reliable due to their ability to engage my son. So parents, fellow child therapists, pediatricians friends, I would highly recommend this group for kiddos.
