Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this practice at all. The staff have no customer service skills. They are not polite or professional. One staff member proceeded to tell me other patients names in the office to see if I was related to them because we shared the same last name. Dr Patel treats you as if he doesn't want to be bothered unless something is seriously wrong.
