Mark Thomas (Thomas Electric) responded immediately to our Home Advisor request and was at our home the next day to meet with us. He recommended a Generac 11 kW Air-Cooled Standby Generator, Alum Enclosure, 16 Circuit LC NEMA3. Delivery was quick. Installation was flawless, and his team even replanted two bushes that were in the location of the generator. Follow-up with the home inspector was prompt and effective.
