Power was out at my house for over 2 1/2 due to recent high winds in area. So grateful that I have a whole house generator from Thomas Electric! Generator kicked on within several minutes of power outage and kept things running in my house until power came back on 2 1/2 days later!! Thomas Electric is excellent to work with and I highly recommend them! Thank you!
They put in a generator for us. Techs were on time, efficient, worked clean, took time to explain to me how it works. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Thomas Electric installed a standby Generac for me about a year and half ago. My neighbor kid (small child) turned the gas off and unbeknownst to me a switch in the back. I called on the weekend to make sure I turned the knob the right way and Natalie called me back the same day on the weekend!! She then also called me back Monday morning to make sure everything was ok. However I did have a red light on. She patiently walked me through how to reset my Generac.
