I appreciate the prompt service! I called and within two hours an electrician arrived on time. Wow! Scott is the service technician every homeowner dreams of having in their home. Thomas Edison Electric's ownership should be proud of this man for his personal skills along with his electrical knowledge. I wouldn't think twice about calling this company again for service.

From the moment I called their office I was greeted by a friendly voice that scheduled my appointment immediately to the electrician who arrived within the appointment window given. I can"t thank you enough for a great experience which is rare these days when calling a contractor.

Our call to the office was answered by a live person. Wow! Great experience all around. The electrician Scott arrived as scheduled and went above and beyond to insure we were educated on our problem while providing the written estimate. We agreed to the costs and Scott completed the work the same day. In short, Thank you for restoring the power to our home on Saturday. We will definitely refer you to our neighbors and friends. You guys are first class all the way!

I had one dead outlet in a circuit. The company charged $618 to reconnect a hot wire that blew loose on a GFI outlet in the other bathroom! The electrician was here for less than 30 minutes! I am currently disputing the price. In order for him to do the work today you HAVE to sign a waiver of right to cancel, however, I specifically stated on the phone this is not an emergency and there is no urgency... Thomas Edison Electric are thieves. They were told their service was canceled and not to cash the deposit check twice over the phone. And they still did. Charged $4800 for a $1400 job.
