Post op 5.5 weeks for an appendectomy. 10/10 pain and all he could offer me was that there was nothing on my CT scan that was concerning and to give me more opiates. I don’t want drugs I want answers. When my husband asked for him to come back because he spent 30 seconds explaining it to us and brushed us off telling me I was fine, he stormed back with an attitude and said “ask your question” in a tone dripping with condescension. Wouldn’t look into anything further. Wouldn’t talk to me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Does not care about his patients and did not follow the care plan set by the doctor before him. He discharged me before ever meeting or examining me. When I asked to talk with Dr. Robey he came in with an extreme attitude, told me to “go home, you’re fine”. Would not listen when I attempted to tell and show him what was happening with my hear rate (he I informed me that a resting heart rate of over 100 is completely normal and that when I stand up going to 160 is fine).
