Dr Meister and entire staff were wonderful! Everyone explained their portion of the procedure and answered all questions. Everyone was kind and caring. For a potentially unpleasant procedure. Everyone and every amenity (heated seats, bidets, and after procedure treats) made this experience as pleasant as can be
Because my husband couldn't stay with me, I was more nervous. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They put me at ease right away. Dr. Meister was new to me as my doctor had retired. He was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Everyone took their time to answer my questions. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Meister is very personable. If possible, he takes the time to visit you before and after your procedure. My procedure was running late and he personally came in to let me know the reason. He explained everything about his findings very thoroughly. Have gone to him for each of my colonoscopies and upper endoscopies over the years. Very please with him, the staff, and the facility. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Meister.
A combination of knowledge of the profession, professional demeanor and a sense of humor helped me to be more comfortable in dealing with my problem. This all applies to his entire staff that I had come in contact with for my procedure. Thank you all for a truly positive experience. Also, your Barista brews a damn good cup of coffee...it truly hit the spot!

As always, Dr. Meister was a pleasure to deal with. He is obviously knowledgeable & skilled in his profession. I like his easy going demeanor and dry sense of humor which go a long way to ease a somewhat anxiety-filled situation. His support staff are equally caring & attentive. This was a class act team from beginning to end.
I was a bit apprehensive prior to my procedure but the whole team starting from the front desk staff, nurses and Dr. Meister were amazing, and I never felt in better hands. Thank you for everything and I would recommend this office without hesitation.
