Complete fiasco. Called to fix garbage disposal and shower head. I told them replacement might be needed. Clark gave me a noon - 4pm window for arrival. I finally received a “on my way” text from Boubarcar Diallo at 3:59pm. (Since he was on his way, I thought I should let him come and at least fix the garbage disposal since I'd spent all afternoon waiting on him.) In June 2020, during the covid pandemic and with summer heat in the 90s, our Chevy Chase Village house AC stopped working due to blower motor failure. Thomas Clark gave us extraordinary service all around.
