I was hesitant at first after calling Volvo about my repairs, I had an unpleasant experience with another vehicle previously with a Mechanicsburg shop that supposedly had a great reputation. I had called my daughter who drives a S60 like mine. She told that you did an excellent job with her car and that she was very pleased with the outcome. Outstanding attention to detail – I would like to recognize the extremely high level of customer service you and the rest of your technicians have extended to me and my poor Volvo XC90. I must admit that I was skeptical when my vehicle was towed to your facility even after you assured me that it would be as good as new or better. Fortunately, you guys were right. During the whole process all of your staff were patient with my questions and provided outstanding attention to detail during the restoration period.
