We have been to Thomas 3 times and have been very satisfied each time. I was backing up the truck, somehow not realizing the right front door was ajar, and caught said door on the side of a building, bending it forward. The hinges were bent, the door did not close properly, and the window did not roll down. Thomas told us they could probably re-align the hinges and fix the window without ANY new parts, only $150 labor. He fixed the car quickly and the door and glass now work like new.
