They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Thomas Dow, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
