I purchased a home from Randy Dostal in 2008 and was pleased. When I decided to have him build me another home I expected to be pleased. I have turned out to be VERY displeased. It was all going okay until after the build was completed and I closed on the loan. THEN, I found out there were multiple bills that were never sent to me after OVER 90 days later! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!! This company will accuse you of not paying invoices that were NEVER SENT to begin with. Lie and tell you they were sent months ago but can produce ZERO PROOF. Lie and tell you the bills are paid and tell you it’s OK to close your construction loan with the bank. Then proceed to “find” bills that all of a sudden haven’t been paid and will deny any responsibility or wrongdoing when we the consumer have to pay the bills out of pocket because he failed to do his job properly and send invoices on time so the ... read more
