Online I saw a lot of people complaining about this dealership not honoring their Lifetime Warranty Forever or being told one thing by the salesperson and it being described differently in contract. Just purchased my daughters 1st car, a new KIA Soul. The entire staff was great, price was fair and everyone was happy and fun. Overall I would say Thomas KIA is a fair, honest dealership.

I bought a 2007 Kia Sorento from this dealership. I like the vehicle, but the service dept. leaves a lot to be desired. One of the rear doors closes much harder than it should. If you don't slam it, it may not shut completely and consequently leaves the light on, running the battery down. This happened too me twice. Thomas Kia service department's answer...There's nothing wrong with that door!
