The doctors and nurse was extremely helpful and professional. The exam and consultation went smoothly.My wife eyes are bad and she needed a prescription pair. I on the other hand just need bifocals. October 17 was our appointment can you guess whose glasses came first? Wife's in 5 days. It has been 21 days and I still haven't seen my glasses. I have noticed a huge change in how they treat people since the doctors sold to this company "My Eye Dr.". I'm 49 and have been a 30 year patient of 2 of the doctors there but mostly Dr DeLoach for over 25 years`. I could not get through on the phone this past weekend. Their phone was not working. I scheduled an appointment online. A MONTH OUT! I called Monday to verify the appointment and it was valid online. Recently , I was referred to the "myeyedr." by the VA. Today was my first visit, and I have nothing but high accolades for Dr. Thomas Deloatch and his entire staff!!! The atmosphere was very positive and pleasant, and I felt very comfortable and at ease throughtout my entire appointment/visit. Doctor Deloatch is an outstanding physician!
