Dr. Bredeweg and his medical assistant were wonderful. I was nervous, and they both were so reassuring and kind. They did the procedure, and it so professionally done that I hardly felt a thing.
The doctor was professional and a good listener. His office staff, however, called and told me inaccurate test results, that would have made my problem worsen over time. I am getting a second opinion and treatment for my real concerns.
Doctor bredewig was absolutely wonderful as was his assistant. They were caring. Did all my measurements etcetera and made my inserts. The problem i had was with his office staff. They were very unprofessional. I asked several times to have the claims sent in. Because in the dictation it was not even right. I asked the office about this and they said they had resubmitted it to my insurance which they did not because my insurance company said they had not. when i called the billing office they said it didn't matter as I had s... read more

The dr is great. His staff is rude and unwilling to work with the patient on billing insurance. I won’t go back because of the way I was treated by the front desk staff.
