Dr. Thomas Coyte is the best doctor my kids will ever have. He is very nice and genuine towards his patients !! ♥️♥️♥️ Warning- the lady at the front desk with teal hair on the ends is plainly rude. Doesn’t have a good work ethic
I am in healthcare and have worked at clinics and hospitals for years prior to this. I was able to take one day off to take my daughter for appointment at this clinic. I was there with in the 15 mins bracket and they refused to see my daughter. Their customer service was pathetic. The front line worker was so rude, does not know how to talk to patients, I wonder who hires people like that for a clinic, that too a paediatric clinic. Made a mistake by wasting my day with these people.
I was there today. When I met the doctor, he was a really sincere and open person. Talking to him made me feel confident that if anything happens, I can rely on this doctor. Thomas Coyote is a genuine person and provides all options for you to ensure your safety.
I have been trying to get a referral to CHOP dermatologist from this office since September 23rd. I personally brought the form to the office and complete as much information as I could . They sent the form incomplete to CHOP twice . I have called at least 10 times and being told the form was sent but CHOP never received it. I was promised doctor Coyte will call me and 2 months later I’m still waiting . This is frustrating, it’s is very irresponsable how they manage documents and they deny services to a child.
