Very pleased! New to the area Tom even ordered the exact products and color formula! I have curly hair and have only had 2 people in 3 years do anything with my hair! Great job! Stephanie did my nails! Great job! Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way. Great service!
The cut I ended up was great. However, it was no where near the cut I asked for. Stephanie was my stylist. I showed her a picture, I talked about what I wanted, and I told her I couldn't see it until it was done (bad eyes, can't wear my glasses while my hair is being cut). Like I said, the cut I got is great. BUT it's not what I wanted. No where near it. In fact, it seems to me like she very deliberately ignored what I wanted and gave me the cut she thought I should want. It also cannot be fixed until it grows out. I'm very ... read more
I loved the hair style the girls did on my daughter and I can't wait to get mine done.
Courtney did a fabulous job on my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did her best to duplicate the picture. She was very patient and thorough and made sure I was satisfied before she was done. She was very pleasant and personable. I enjoyed my experience at Thomas & Co. and will definitely be calling on Courtney to cut my hair again.
Tom did an excellent job. He knew just what look I was going for.
