The staff were extremely helpful and provided all the information I needed. I was very pleased with their service.
I had a bad experience with Dr Thomas Chung. He is a very irresponsible. I would not recommend him to others people. I had a sudden black dots in my left eye and it is very intense . Since I had full eye examination with my optometrist two months ago and last seem with Dr Chung (my ophthalmology specialist) a while ago so I decided to called and left a message and hopefully I can get appointment to examine my eye instead of waiting for my next appointment in few months. The office is overbooked. Don’t know why we need to wait for about 2 hours. Poor management and arrangement.
I came this morning at 8:45am, follow up service once a year, the staffs are friendly, left 9:40am. Smooth. Happy day.
This office is incredibly disorganized, wait time for an appointment can take up to 4 hours at one point, and booking appointments can involve 4+ months of wait. Their booked appointment can also suddenly be canceled or rescheduled regardless of how early you booked it, something booked 9 months ago can be rescheduled by them 1 week prior to the appointment due to their own issues in staffing.
