Bought a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership that had only 1 key fob. Was told they would retrieve 2nd key fob from previous owner and mail it to us. Never received it - in calling dealership was told our salesman was no longer employed with Thomas and someone would call me back with info on 2nd key fob. No one did. Emails and phone calls to GM Frank Kowalski have not been returned. It's clear they have no interest or intention in backing up a condition of the sale. Buyer beware.
Shout out to Matt in the service department, he took care of us even though it was a simple oil change/tire rotation. It feels good to come across a service advisor and department that actually cares and goes the extra mile to make sure our vehicle was taken care of. 5 stars!!

Bought a brand new 2021 Durango R/T from them January 2022. Bought all the extended warranties. Was told when I purchased the wrap warranty that EVERYTHING was covered, bumper to bumper for 7 years/100k miles, plus a lifetime powertrain.Today I am looking at a estimate of over a grand for a FAULTY hose that exploded, but is not covered by powertrain nor the extended warranty, yet the vehicle can not be ran with out it.
