Corporate GREED found here. After paying thousands in membership fees and Was a member of the practice for several years they terminated me specifically because I have Medicare.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr Thomas and his staff for well over a decade. The staff is always attentive and easy to contact. Dr Thomas himself is compassionate and listens to your concerns. He's ahead of the curve as far as preventative medicine and truly practices what he preaches. My wife and I are thankful there are true family physicians like him. Highly recommended.
Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable about blood chemistry and has been able to achieve results, that other physicians have not. He is attentive and available when I need to see him. His nurse Kate is excellent and the young receptionist is sharpening up her phone presence. I recommend the Concierge practice concept; it's worth the extra cost.

I just got dropped by them after 22 years of going to their practice. I agree that the office manager is very rude and uncaring. Dr. Thomas seemed not to care about my situation after doing business with him before he opened his practice and then staying with him for 22 years. Unreal.
