Dr. Bernick saved me twice. The first time he stented arteries of my legs, and I was able to walk without aids. The second time happened when I got SVC syndrome. Every doctor I talked to told me that nothing could be done – the clot is old, it is impossible to remove it, or get through it. Quality of my life was horrible, I could barely move. I looked everywhere and I found the best! Dr Bernik performed a carotid endarterectomy on me. His expertise and professionlism surpasses any Dr that I have ever met. Dr Bernik’s excellent team and staff are amazing and are very attentive to your needs. The procedure and recovery was as smooth as can be. Very pleasant. My husband was taken on time--no long wait. Dr. Bernik was very informative and spoke to us in a way layman could understand. We will definitely be following up with him in the future.
