I wish I could give zero stars. Get ready to pay extortionate amounts for less than the bare minimum. It took them MONTHS to even attempt to charge me for the not even 10 minute, completely useless follow up call that I was told I just had to make. A call that took weeks to schedule. The summary was “are you still actively dying? No? Ok give me 80 bucks.” I apologize to my betters for speaking out of line but when you’re disabled, have thousands in medical bills due to almost dying, and lost your job, you won’t have nearly $... read more
I have called his office multiple times. I even got extra blood work done in order to see Dr. Thomas . every time I call they seem to not know who I am at first even though I’ve had a referral sent over and bloodwork and called multiple times to find out if they were going to take me as a patient . They were very nice on phone but I finally just gave up because nobody returned my calls to even just let me know whether he would take me on as a patient or not . I also have life threatening illness and this office promised a review of my med. records before accepting me for treatment. My acting PC sent medical records in three times. I was told that these records did not reach the office even though they did. I and my support finally called the office after fax as I surmised that I was being given the run-around for no justifiable reason.
