This was my first visit to OPA and they have a very impressive streamlined process. I was escorted to the exam room at my appointment time. After my vitals were taken, an x-ray technician immediately took me for x-rays. When the x-rays were complete, Dr. Paynter arrived in less than five minutes. Dr Paynter reviewed the x-ray results with me. It was a relief to me when he told me physical therapy would resolve my condition and surgery would not be necessary.
