My primary dentist wanted to remove a filling and replace it with a crown which I didn't see the point of. I asked Dr. Allen to take a look for a second opinion and after examining me he told me that if I don't have any pain in the tooth, not to worry about it. Its been a great relief to know things have been great so far. Dr. has great chair-side manner and is a good guy all arouond.

I had a terrible experience with this practice. The good reviews are obviously paid for or sponsored. I developed an abscess, landed in the ER, and nobody followed up with me for 4 days. Trust me when I say run!

PLEASE NOTE, THE RESPONSE FROM THE PROVIDER IS A BLATANT LIE. YOUR OFFICE CONFIRMED RECEIVING MY PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION, AND IT WAS RECEIVED AT THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, AND THEN YOU LOST MY PERSONAL HEALTH INFO SEVERAL TIMES!! LOSING AND REQUESTING PHI 3X IS UNACCEPTABLE & REPEATEDLY CANCELING THE APPOINTMENTS IS ALSO UNACCEPTABLE. Thanks to my new dental plan, I was referred to this office for a root canal, by my general dentist. Upon booking the appointment, I was instructed to go online and complete the intake forms. Once completed, I submitted the paperwork along with the x-rays from my general dentist via email…as instructed. The office staff later called me, stating that they need to reschedule my appointment, something about the doctor being unavailable. Highly recommend this office . I was referred to Dr Allen and him and his clinical staff were excellent . He is very calming , competent and I felt very comfortable under his care ! Thank you again :)
