I have used Dr. Allen for 2 root canals and both went seamlessly. He made sure I felt no pain checking in with me before starting and in the middle of the procedure. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately, my experience at this office was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and showed a lack of respect toward patients. Such an attitude leaves a negative impression of the entire practice. I hope the office takes steps to improve its customer service and professionalism. The staff showed absolutely no understanding of my situation, even though I was in an emergency and called ahead to let them know I was running late.
