Called for a question about a repair and they didn't do the work, so they told me who to call and they were super nice about it when they could have been rude because I wasted their time with a question that was pointless to them.

My boyfriend and I purchased two vehicles from the Clinton Auto Auction on 1/27/21. They both broke down and had to be towed to a repair shop so we could drive them. Because they had good reviews we decided to tow them to Thomas Automotive on 1/28/21.
