Dr Thomas and his staff where the best I wish I had known about them with my other pregnancies he's now in hazard I strongly recommend the drive u will not find anyone better
I am just upset cause I have been trying to call the office since Monday to try to get a appointment set up and NOBODY has answered the phone and therw is no option of leacing a voicemail. I think that is very unprofessional like. I have EVWRYDAY starting early in the morning until right before they close. I just feel like they need to do a better job of answering the phone for the clients.
Great doctor! But staff is a little lacking. I've been trying to call for days now to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone. I can't even leave a message. It's currently 3:49 on a Tuesday and I've been trying to call non stop since 3 pm. We were suppose to have a release of records of some sort. I haven't received anything at all.
Worst doctor imaginable, rude, inconsiderate, and can not handle all the patients he has. Talked to me like I was a dog when I asked a question.
