Dr. Alost performed surgery on my knee for a torn meniscus. Afterwards, I repeatedly had to make Dr. appointments & would share that my knee hurt with every single step and I was severely limping. The limp started to affect my other knee & back. Dr. Alost told me I was fine & that I am a Virgo like his wife & that we are always looking for something to be wrong. Will not use this provider any longer. Office does not take calls, nor leave message if they call back and miss me. I refuse to deal with a doctor i can't communicate with.
Front office receptionist very lacking in customer service skills… Back office assistants very helpful. Dr. Alost is Top Notch… Skillful , caring and very easy on the eyes!
Dr. Alost is a kind caring doctor, who takes his time and makes sure he explains everything to you. His staff is amazing and are very helpful.
Nothing against the doctor as I never got to see him. Had to book on line because no one would answer the automated system. When you book on line you have to state what the visit is for. Got to the office which I live far east side and after waiting 30 minutes I was called to the desk only to be told this doctor doesn't treat for lumbar issues so clearly no one bothered to read why I was going. Efficient and courteous staff. Dr. Alost is professional, caring and provides a very comfortable environment.
I checked in at 8:02 and was informed by the receptionist that I didn’t have an appointment. I told her that Dr Alost nurse had called me and told me that I had an appointment for December 1st at 8:30 .They finally squeezed me in at 9:25. That was very upsetting to me.
The staff was very friendly and the doctor took the time to explain the procedure. Asked my feedback on how I wanted to proceed
Dr. Alost was very kind and caring. He explained everything in detail. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
