Tom has a great way of communicating and putting people at easy. His Techniques are very different from previous chiropracters I have been to, very non-invasive. He takes care to make sure you are comfortable.
The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was very comfortable the entire time. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. They took the time to answer my questions. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others.
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
