The rating of disappointing is not low enough. They sent me to collections 6 months after my last service. They never sent me a statement so I didn't know there was a balance. The charges should have been paid by my insurance. Then when I confronted them the doctor got all defensive and angry.

I loved Meadow Creek Dermatology. I was taken back to a room immediately, there was no waiting. The doctor answered all my questions and was very friendly, down to earth, he made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and friendly. I paid my co-pay and I was on my way. My insurance company is in network, they took care of everything, I did not have to do anything else or pay anymore money. I had a wonderful experience at Meadow Creek. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, no hassles. Recommend highly.

Hands down the worst experience at any Dr.s office that I have EVER been to!! I showed up 20 mins early for my appointment with my 1yr old in tow. When I went to check in, they didnt even know who I was or that I had an appointment! We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins before they called me into a small room that smelled of dead, burnt skin and chemicals. I sat in that room for 30 mins!! All the while I can hear the "Dr" in his office across the hall making personal phone calls and then lunch plans. The receptionist came i... read more

Thumbs Up for Meadow Creek Dermatology – Thumbs UP!!!! My visit at Meadow Creek Dermatology was wonderful. The office was clean the service was fast and the staff was wonderful. The Dr. was very knowledgable and friendly. I recommend Meadow Creek Dermatology!!!!
