Hands down the worst experience at any Dr.s office that I have EVER been to!! I showed up 20 mins early for my appointment with my 1yr old in tow. When I went to check in, they didnt even know who I was or that I had an appointment! We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins before they called me into a small room that smelled of dead, burnt skin and chemicals. I sat in that room for 30 mins!! Dont recommend it at all! They charge you just to walk in and if asked why, they keep saying it is toward deductible and the charges keep coming. Their accounting is off the charts. They dont inform you before hand and you will ended paying for what you didnt get it. The doctor is not available and it seems careless what is going on. I strongly recommend to drive extra miles to see a doctor in Anchorage! I switched and much happier!
do not recommend.......I made an appointment for my husband and told receptionist about our insurance, we must send all lab work that cannot be done on site to ak regional hosp. lab. my husband also told the receptionist after his office visit. samples for the lab were sent to a different lab to be analyzed we were charged an extra almost \$700.00 for their error on the lab, i have called to get things figured out because i feel i should not be charged for this fee it would have been paid for through our insurance, and it wa... read more
Part of my treatment was to get counseling by a doctor before I started some medication. Not only did the doctor have no idea what I was in for, the receptionist told him I needed birth control, which was nothing close to why I was there. I had been there before for the same thing a couple years ago and didnt have to pay much, but they billed my insurance such high prices this time, I was stuck with half the bill.
