I would give negative stars if possible: this doctor prescribed me with allergic medicine (Zyrtec) for half a year, then another year at the end of 2023, which a series of tests determined that I have 4th stage lung cancer which spread. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I've been going to Dr. Lien for over 18 years. He is very professional and very knowable. I highly with no doubt recommended him and his services. I trust him very much.

Dr. Lien and staff are life savers! Our whole family goes to see him (for close to 20 years now) and we've referred many family and friends, too! They have said the same! One of the tips I can provide is to be patient, there are a lot of sick people and everyone is not feeling well - Dr. Lien and staff are doing their best to help everyone. If you are impatient and can't wait then go to urgent care or emergency. If you can wait, make an appointment and be patient.

Very upset with this medical office. Staffs don't pick up phone call or if they pick up the call, they purposely hung up immediately before you even say anything. I've trying to call for over 2 weeks for medical record and can't get a hold of the office. Very unprofessional and would definitely report to the insurance company and Medicare for this unethical and unprofessional practice.
