Brought my ring to be resized to a size 5. It was originally a 5.75 , it was still too big after getting re sized here, I kept it for a few weeks and my sister took it to her work as she works as a jewellery wholesaler only to find out it was between a 5.25 and a size 5.5….. I was charged $50 plus tax for a ring that wasn’t even sized properly. extremely upset I’m a single mom of 4 kids and work hard for my money I feel I was scammed ..

Extremely rude service. Customers are treated like suspects, and prices change without any justification. I was quoted $2,500 for the same necklace, and when I came back the following week to buy it, the price had jumped to $2,950.
The owners are very friendly and trustworthy. They would recommend what looks good on you. Their prices are very competitive. No need to bargain as you can't find a cheaper place in the nearby vincinity. Highly recommend this store
