My experience with Bonny has been life-changing, honestly beyond what I can fully express in words. I have been in psychotherapy at other places before, but none were nearly as effective. Bonny is calm, composed, and deeply compassionate. She conducts her sessions with a warmth and steadiness that radiate both professionalism and genuine care that has raised the bar so high. Bonny's nature is calm, warm, and caring. Her ability to listen deeply is magnanimous. She flows through all states and will meet you at any state you're in. She is inquisitive, accepting, humourous, passionate, and nurturing. The balance of responsible and playful in her is a gift. What a gem of a person, to hold the serious and the light.
Never really liked the idea of psychotherapy but decided to give it a shot at Théla and was pleasantly surprised. If your even considering it you should do it. Obviously I can't speak for every person who works there because I only interacted with a few however the few I did speak to were courteous and non judgemental.
