Delish dinner - Started off with Kobe Beef Tartar, Porkbelly & Scallop appitizers, moved to Beefsteak tomato and Mozzarella salad, then to Mahi Mahi and Rack of Lamb, finished with Key Lime Pie and Sea Salt Caramel Cheese Cake - food was fabulous tastying, well seasoned, cooked perfectly. Presentation was excellent and appealing. Server Tanya was friendly and efficient, but not obtrusive. Atmosphere is very elegant, old style restaurant. Price:$$$$, but worth the experience. Dress nicely.
Husband and I were there for dinner mid-August 2017 and loved the food, wait staff and view. Top of our list when we return to Sanibel!!!
Excellent food and service. We had the twin lobster tails and rib eye, and they were cooked perfectly! There was also an excellent pianist who was very talented.
Romantic. Food was great. Service was great. We live in Cape Coral. This was a new place for us and we are very pleased! We will be back! Can't beat an ocean view ❤️
The Thistle Lodge is always among our favorites for lunch when we are on Sanibel Island. Most of the tables are situated by the windows and you have a spectacular view of the gulf while you're dining. They have a very diverse menu ... something for everyone and the menu items are usually a little unique. The food was fantastic! The soundings were beautiful.
I celebrated my birthday and everything was perfect -setting, the service, and the food. Definitely need to come back!
The scallops were delicious! Always a treat for us to go there!
