First visit to Thi’s Salon Services and I’m so impressed. I booked a manicure to clean up an existing, grown out gel set and focus on restoring my hands, and Van absolutely delivered. They spent quality time meticulously cleaning up every visible area that needed attention, and it really showed in the final result. I normally get my lashes done in the same area and will occasionally get my nails done at the salon. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. Today after my lash appointment I deceived to get my nails done as well and I accidentally left my car lights on. After calling a few tow company’s to come jump it for me i decided to go back inside and ask for help and she went above and beyond. Hannah is the owner I believe and Kim was my nail tech for my pedicure. 10/10 amazing job I got cat eye polish and it looks so beautiful. I’m in love with these results. Thank you so much!!! The massage chairs are lovely I came in on a Thursday at 4 and it got very busy at 5 so I didn’t get to experience hot rocks. She offered me water and let me sit in the chair for sometime afterwards which I appreciated. Thank you I am definitely going to come here from now on.
I came to this salon because of the high ratings, but my experience was disappointing. While the technician was filing my toes, I told her multiple times that it was painful. Instead of being more gentle or showing concern, she seemed irritated, and her attitude shifted.
