Cake was good but cake wasn't neat it was falling apart, it was a rush job!

Service is horrible and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Please do not use them!!! Two weeks ago on Aug. 1st I placed an order for my baby shower on Aug. 16th and paid half of the balance at that time. All of my information was left on the deposit/order form as to how to contact me and when the order was needed. Needless to say when someone went to pick up the order Saturday an hour before the event started I was told my order was not ready and that they had been busy.
