I thought this was a great place and my pericing experience was good but fallow up customer service has been lacking. If I have issues with my piercing or questions I don't get any support and they seem pretty careless about it once they make money of the initial jewlery and piercing service. Sadly I don't see the integrity in this business like I did before.
I love this establishment and it's wonderful owner Lance. This is the place to go for professional, upscale piercing. He works with you one on one with private appointments. And made sure we stayed within our limited budget. He is very caring and knowledable. After checking the place out, we made an appointment for my daughters 17th birthday to have her eyebrow pierced. This store is awesome! Lance is a very knowledgeable guy that loves to put a smile on others face and that takes his business serious. While in there he will go over everything and I mean everything you need to know about a piercing. He will take his time in making sure u understand everything. I had a piercing done here back in December, I had remove it for a surgery. He was more than happy to repierce at a low cost because I still had the jewelry. Very professional and welcoming environment. Can’t recommend him enough �
Came in today to get my Navel pierced. Lance was awesome to talk too and very informative and didn’t try to sell a piece of jewelry that was going to be compatible with my body. He picked out the right size gauge that would fit my navel perfectly. Definitely going back when I’m ready to a dermal and a few tattoos.
I went here for my first tattoo and the owner was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back in the future for more tattoos.
This place is awesome. My girlfriend and I just stopped by to look for new jewelry as her job is making her change her nose ring. Lance was very helpful and very knowledgeable! He even offered to helped install the piece at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend checking this place out before you go anywhere else. Call first as it is typically appointment only.
Excellent service. Immaculate shop. State of the art equipment. My daughter got her navel pierced and it never got red or sore even right after he was done.
