We chose to use Thirsty Fellow as a venue for an after hours event and we were so pleased! We inquired with several different locations in downtown Columbia and this was by far the best choice! The food was served quickly and was delicious! The bar and wait staff were very attentive and everyone had a great time! Lots of compliments on the restaurant from our guests some of whom, believe or not had never been but will be a regular now I’m sure! Great food, drinks and staff!
Every time we go to Thirsty Fellow, we find something new and good, and wonder why we don’t go more often. This last trip, we discovered the pork and cheese stuffed banana peppers. They were fantastic. There were two of them with mozzarella sprinkled over them, and marinara sauce for dipping. And, of course, the beer was good and cold. Two other things we like: plenty of parking and a good mix of a crowd. And. . . We love the books in the book shelves all along the back wall. It gives the place a really good feel.
